Servicing a gas fire or boiler is an essential safety
measure , a case of prevention being better than cure.
Firstly an
appliance is inspected and then it is cleaned to remove any deposits which can clog the heating system.
Secondly we carry out tests to make sure that there are no gas leaks, make sure that
the flue is pulling correctly and to check that fumes are not coming back into the house. The fuel burning
efficiency of a boiler is assessed using a flue gas analyser.

visit we will give you a certificate listing the checks that we have carried out and identifying any problems
we have found with the appliance.
